Perfect 10 Scoring Platform
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Perfect 10 mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Perfect 10 ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Perfect 10 is a real-time gymnastics scoring platform that enables judges to submit scores, head referees to manage competitions, and parents to follow their child's results during gymnastics competitions.
To use the Service, you must be registered by a competition organizer or gym administrator. Accounts are created and managed by authorized administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials.

Scores submitted through the Service are considered official competition records. Once finalized by a head referee, scores may not be altered except through the designated dispute resolution process. We are not responsible for scoring decisions made by judges using the platform.
We strive to maintain reliable service during competitions. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for temporary outages, network issues, or delays in score processing.
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is the property of Perfect 10 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Competition scoring data belongs to the respective competition organizers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect 10 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to scoring disputes, competition outcomes, or data loss.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Competition organizers may also revoke your access to specific competitions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
