This Privacy Policy describes how Perfect 10 ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile application and related services (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly when using the Service:

• Account information: Phone number used for authentication.
• Profile information: Name and role (judge, referee, parent, or gymnast) as configured by your organization.
• Scoring data: Scores, deductions, and evaluations submitted by judges during competitions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To authenticate your identity via phone verification.
• To provide real-time scoring functionality during gymnastics competitions.
• To display live scores and leaderboards to authorized users.
• To enable head referees to manage discrepancies and oversee scoring.
• To allow parents to view their child's competition results.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Competition organizers: Scoring data is visible to authorized officials within your competition.
• Service providers: We use third-party services for SMS verification and hosting infrastructure.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS), secure token-based authentication, and access controls to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Competition scoring data is retained for record-keeping purposes as required by gymnastics governing bodies. See Account Deletion below for how to delete your account.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is used in the context of youth gymnastics competitions. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Gymnast profiles are created and managed by competition organizers and parents.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. To delete your account, see Account Deletion below.

8. Account Deletion

You have two ways to delete your Perfect 10 account:

• In-app (recommended) — Open the app, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. Confirm the action when prompted. Your account access will be removed immediately and you will be logged out.
• By email — Send a request to support@perfect10.fit from the email or phone number associated with your account.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account:

• Your login (phone number and authentication tokens) is permanently severed.
• You will no longer be able to access the app with that phone number.
• Your personal account data is marked for deletion.

What is not deleted

Your child's gymnastics records, scores, attendance, and competition history are owned by their gym or club and are retained for record-keeping purposes as required by gymnastics governing bodies. These records remain with the gym regardless of your account status.

Restoring access

If you change your mind, your gym administrator can restore your access. Contact your gym directly to be re-added to the Perfect 10 roster.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by other means.
